The first time I listened to this I was cooking up dinner and found myself in some sort of dancing chef mode for the first few tracks. Twirling around the kitchen and bobbing my head. Don't get me wrong though, this album isn't one giant party in the slightest, in fact many of the songs take a downtempo chill groove that is in sharp contrast to the more upbeat afrojam influenced house songs. First listen douses you in anodyne, casual dance vibes that are only enriched by repeat listens, which reveal a wonderful blend of well arranged musical elements.
