There have been a number of stories in the music press of late extolling the mental health benefits of listening to metal music. Oyyyyyy I been listening to a lot of albums and not rating them. Gotta catch up.
To get right to the point, I love this album (EP?) I wish there were one or two more tracks, but what’s here is beautiful. The opener (“High Spirits”) and closing track (“Sunday”) are my favourites.
