... Nothing Like the Sun is a tedious and overwrought record. It's too long, for one, but it doesn't have enough memorable songs to warrant the length, and arguably, the best song on it was written by someone else - and the better version of Little Wing was recorded by Hendrix. A few highlights include The Lazarus Heart, Englishman in New York, They Dance Alone, Fragile and the Hiram Bullock guitar solo in Little Wing.
