I'm always excited to see what Code Orange are up to. Forever pounded my head in back in 2017 and became one of my favorite albums ever, and since then, songs like Forever, Kill the Creator, Real, Ugly, Bleeding in the Blur...well, the entire album has been in constant rotation. If you ask me, Code Orange is skilled at knowing when to be commercial and when to be intense. When they decide to go straightforward, it isn't at any sacrifice. This track is an effective track for its intended purpose. Sure, it's simple, repetitive, and frankly, not one of their best tracks by far, but "Let Me In" is a product of a fine band with a wise mind for the market.
