I'm quite frankly ashamed that I actually own a copy of this album on vinyl (of course, it was given to me. I didn't buy it). This is one of the poorest excuses of pop songwriting that I've ever heard. The fact that an actual BEATLE made this album makes it even worse. From the incredibly shallow lyricism to the uninspired melodies and songwriting, there is practically nothing I find enjoyable about this record except maybe Paul's vocals on certain occasions. Mildly dated but an absolute classic, always wished it packed a little more of a punch, the pop production is little too slick, but still easily one of his best solo records.
