Clash

Ultimately, this is still Courteeners, only bigger, bolder, and stronger than before, and even more powerful than we remember them.

Gigwise

Courteeners have created one of their most endearing, earnest works yet in More. Again. Forever. Music for the masses, this record will no doubt leave venues and hearts full for the foreseeable future.

NME
‘More. Again. Forever’ strikes a mature balance. It’s escapist in its sound but humane in its approach to the world. It’s experimental but familiar, and tests what the band are capable of while proving to be their more focussed work to date.

AllMusic

At a tight ten songs, More. Again. Forever. is near perfect and not a song is wasted. Yet, rising above the pack, a pair of highlights demand special note.

The Guardian
The album is solid and dependable, rather than a source of head-spinning shocks and thrills: it knows its audience, and it knows better than to confound them if you want to keep bucking trends and filling arenas.

We all know how this goes:
1. Courteeners releases new album.
2. Radios acknowledges it and a couple of songs for a week or 2.

Just so bland and repetitive. Most indie bands try and hark back to a time they were on top of the world with their first albums, but apart from one song that wasn’t the Courteeners.

Some of the levels on this also seemed off.

I am with you USER RATINGS! I have never understood this band's appeal and no matter how many times I try to go back and try again, I always come away disappointed (and rolling my eyes about their lyrics)
