Literally the greatest atmospheric sludge metal record of all time. Its the perfect crossroads of post-rock and sludge. If you ever wanted a post-rock record with grungy and harsh vocals here it is. It's crushingly heavy and mesmerizingly beautiful. If you're metal fan and haven't heard this, don't wait any longer.

A thoroughly excellent post-metal album. It's a shame I can't wear my ISIS t-shirt out in public anymore.

A really slow burner, but the pay off for your patient is really worth it, as even though most songs on here are over 7 minutes long each song is used to slowly build up an atmosphere which is then just unleashed onto your eardrums.
