once again my boy Leo hittin us with the BANGERs. from what i know, he's sampled some tracks from a Nine Inch Nails album? i dont know i've never actually listened to NiN so i have no reference to the sample sources, but that doesnt really affect my enjoyment of this ep. to me, the songs here are less sample-driven like his last EP, The Champ, and sound more like original tracks, but of course thats probably bc i've never heard the original songs. still though, these tracks are some great ... read more


Yeah, so yet again my friend Leo proves himself as a very capable producer and artist. Different from his first EP "The Champ" this EP definitely takes a darker tone due to every sample being from NIN's Ghosts I-IV. With this more darker and dirtier asthetic Leo works around it extremely well to create something that is quite pleasing for the ears. lmao i missed this. In fairness, i didn't even know this was happening.

In all honesty, I'm not a big fan of this one. It does present itself with some new ideas that's clearly different to what The Champ had, but even then, I don't think I connect with these elements. While it was pretty funny to hear the Nani sample, I got pretty nauseous from the noisy parts of the EP like the end of Thirteen Ghosts and Four Ghosts.
