On Ministry's first real industrial album, they have more in common with bands such as Nitzer Ebb, Front 242, and mid-80s Depeche Mode than they do with their industrial metal sound of the 90s. While it's not the greatest album in their catalog, it is a very solid stab at electro-industrial.

starting to sound like the ministry I know and love

This is really good, considering this is Ministry's first industrial album, following the synthpop With Sympathy. I really love We Believe and My Possesion.

Just Like You, We Believe, Over The Shoulder, My Possession, Where You At Now? / Crash And Burn / Twitch (Version II) are my favorites.
