I have no interest in hearing the songs Leonard kept to himself and didn't intend for his audience. Fucking hate these executive vultures who keep milking deceased musicians' legacies for every drop of money they can get their hands on. When you die, your licensing contracts should be null and void for the rest of time.
Let me start by saying, if you take issue with these kinds of albums at least make sure you have your facts straight prior to completely shutting down the works provided. With the help of his son and many of his close musical collaborators throughout the years, Leonard Cohen transcended death and brought us one last batch of incredibly gripping and poignant songs to ruminate on, those of which rivaling any artists’ best work put out while they were still alive.
