Anavae are an odd band. Sounding something like a female-fronted modern Bring Me The Horizon, they have minimal online social media presence, and barely toured or promoted this album. Furthermore, they have been around for a good seven years prior to this release, with an extensive back-catalogue of tracks, and decent YouTube numbers, but nothing that feels tangible in terms of success. I mean this album does nothing new to the electronic pop rock genre but it is starts with some highlights with intriguing lyrics but eventually most of the tracks on the LP become forgettable and feeling outdated and therefore making the album feel bland and unrewarding especially the further you go through the LP
