And despite his narrow subject matter, his creativity within that lane is such that you hardly notice the familiar motifs. The album is southern, it’s mid-90s east coast jazz rap, it’s west coast playful.

I can safely say that Curren$y has released a modern-day classic here. The album is produced mostly by Ski Beatz, and he steals the show. Each beat is precise. It's orgasmic in a way. Curren$y does an great job himself. While he's not the most lyrical, his swagger, charisma, and laid-back flow makes up for his lack of energy.
