Nah it's not THAT bad, sure they haven't evolved at all musically but lyrically it's not AS bad as their debut, it's listenable and has a few decent-ish moments, not good, not terrible, just kind-of mediocre. I've heard worse rap-rock albums and honestly some of the hooks were pretty decent. Worst parts are obviously the rapping and lyrics about *DA HATERZZZ* so yeah not much changed on that front. Hollywood Undead both began and ended the year at the exact same place - being one of the most awful bands in music. HU split their sixth release, “New Empire”, into two parts, and the end result is what it would sound like of the most obnoxious boys in your sixth grade class started a rap-rock band, except the only rap-rock albums they’ve ever heard are “Fashionably Late” and “About That Life”.
