I did enjoy listening to this album. This is an interesting collab, though I very much enjoyed more of the Flaming Lips inspired sides of the album. The more psychedelic, otherworldly vibes they bring to this record saves it from being poor.
I appreciated the track transitions in this album, and the intriguing interludes, which both enhance the album experience.

The Flaming Lips and Deap Valley are experimental in Deap Lips but not to their advantage. The lack of detail in the lyrics and the lack of variety in the production make this album a bit boring to listen through.
