Stand outs : Alien Interference Blues
This is a bit too hazy and uneventful for my own liking to really blow me away, but this album definitely isn't bad; I just struggle to feel much when listening to it. This isn't a pleasurable numbness, mind you; it's boredom. the beginning and end of samsara both have a gorgeous neo-psychedelia sound, with "alien interference blues" and "on the mountain" being some of the most memorable tracks i've heard in the week or so that 2020 has been a thing, but the middle of the album is really lacking in substance and ideas.
