I dont like ty seagull and i dont like lighting bolt guys so i very very hate this album

Wasted Shirt is a newly formed collaboration between garage rock multi-instrumentalist Ty Segall, and Brian Chippendale, vocalist/drummer for the noise rock band, Lightning Bolt. This is probably my most anticipated release to come out this year, thus far. I was excited to see two artists that I quite enjoy collaborating, especially because of both of their styles. I mean it is just straight up fun noise rock where they are literally just going berserk on the drums and guitar. Even though i did enjoy the 30 minutes of frantic tunes, Fungus II just doesn't stick with me after it finishes. A fun listen but nothing memorable or sticks out expect it is very noisy and very messy

It has some duds, and some crazy tracks.

Fav Tracks: All is Lost, Fist is my Ward, Fungus 2, Eagle Slaughters Graduation, Four Strangers Enter the Cement at Dusk

Least Fav Tracks: Harsho

There are glimpses of genius on this album courtesy of Chippendale's aggression and Ty's energy, but it reads more like Ty Segall playing pretend Lightning Bolt for a day.

Favorite Tracks: Double The Dream
