this album is not coming out this year. if we believe what kendrick and his collaborators have said, it may sound like tpab but with more of a rock edge to it. it's most likely gonna be a return to form to that sound in a way, because DAMN played it very safe sound-wise. it probably needs extra polish and a lot of careful planning. and besides, it's a big, blockbuster album, releasing it in the middle of a pandemic with no touring to promote it would be horrible marketing, even with the mayor interest that a new kendrick album would have
I was just wondering if he drops an album that is as catastrophic as The Big Day will he still be considered as one of the greatest to ever do it? Knock on wood
