Russ's 14th release is his most consistent album to date, prioritising features from up-and-coming talent over established marquee names.

Mans went from shit to slightly better shit, like now it doesn’t want make me want to kill myself so that’s a heavy plus. Russ has always been a... boring artist to me, his charismatic is absolutely shit and it didn’t change from his previous album Zoo. Zoo was quite the experience, there was a point where that record made me stop listening to rap for a month. It was really boring this is bearable and sometimes even *gasp* enjoyable? Holy shit enjoyable... yeah I’m not ... read more

I’ve never been a fan of Russ, but I’ve never really thought he was all that terrible either. He has some potential, and I actually thought some of his songs were decent early on. Personally I'm not ashamed to say that I liked Russ at the time, but the problem is that he's stubbornly stubborn despite the critics to make an empty rap for 2 years now, where he remains stuck without any evolution. The perfect album for when the melatonin isn’t working. In all seriousness, I think Russ gets too much hate at times. I’m not gonna jump on the bandwagon and just trash him. My main beef with this is the production. Ridiculously one dimensional and boring. Russ is an okay enough vocalist but his never changing flow makes Snowglobe even more tedious, especially when he insists on ripping off Cole & Cordae.
