Definitely a more effective standalone track than his previous single "Draag On", featuring some very enjoyable guitar playing and nicer, clearer vocals from Archy. It was a very atmospheric song in general, thanks to the combination of the slowly moving but heavy feeling instrumental (especially around the 2 minute mark) alongside the emotion conveyed in the vocals and lyrics. I am incredibly excited for the new record. King Krule is just so much more happier in terms of lyricism and instrumentation alike. Whereas 'The OOZ' shed heavy light on his personal problems, and acted much like a soundtrack to those dealing with the issues, Man Alive! is shaping up to be a redemption arc in terms of his mental state.
