Everything is A-OK is an Okay album. There is nothing inherently bad nor actually forgettable on this record but it never really pushes itself and it is a realy shame because Violent Soho is a band i wished had some redefining material especially for a genre which doesn't get much love expect for its late 80's / ear;y 90's work but Violent SOho's 4th studio album is just decent and for me doesn't grow the bands sound.

Violent Soho have little to no following outside Australia, but here (especially within the 'indie' scene), they are one of the biggest rock bands around. A splattering of good singles in their early work and the release of the surprisingly good Waco in 2016 helps to form a respectable, if a little inconsistent, discography. Unfortunately, old habits die hard on Everything is A-OK. This is all down to the fact that over the course of this relatively short record, the punk rockers simply play it ... read more

I'm guessing this is what the new Green Day album sounds like to people who hate the new Green day album.
