Country: Spain

Genre: Indie Rock

For fans of: Foals, Stereolab, Hinds

A really chaotic but incredibly enjoyable indie rock album, the vocals and instrumentation here go from calm to intense so fast that its sometimes tricky to keep up. Easily one of the best summer albums of this year, its full of optimistic and positive sounding tracks. The best thing about this record is the sheer confidence of the vocal delivery.

The girl-group indie coming out of Spain with bands like Hinds and now Melenas are just exactly my cup of tea. Full of youth, confession, guitar-driven bops, and just good 4/4 head-bobbers to paint the summer with atmosphere. One of my favorite releases this year.
