Rolling Stone

For his sophomore solo release, he’s trying something even more ambitious: asking the world to crossover to him.

Bad Bunny’s second album is outstanding. It’s a big party record that pushes boundaries and pays homage to reggaetón’s past and future, all made by a swaggering star with absolutely nothing to prove.

Consequence of Sound

While 20 tracks seems exhausting, to the contrary, he captures our attention throughout, especially with his clever zingers.

He turns the notion of the cohesive urbano statement into a sprawling 20-track mix of styles, production techniques, and completely accessible hooks in a work of peerless musical invention.

The Needle Drop

On his sophomore album, Bad Bunny does for reggaeton what artists like Travis Scott and Future have done for trap.

I have no words to describe how disappointing this project is. Where can I begin?

The horrible autotune he uses constantly and sometimes exaggerated (look at the Soliá song, it is an example of the worst use of autotune you can ever find) is simply appalling.
The lyrics were far worse than his X100 PRE album (which I liked a lot); basically, it is the same song over and over again. It only deals with two topics that you will find in every damn reggaeton song:

1. Sex
2. Breakups

I enjoyed this album 10x more then expected.

Lo que creo él quería conseguir con esto, es un sentimiento de nostalgia, como ... read more
Being another pop paradigm album and becoming more of an innovative sound. Another banal urban album amid a sea of uninspired and out-of-quality releases. Even in this release of "plastico", Bad Bunny makes an album that surpasses everyone who works on the same stripe. The album depends a lot on something, and that's missing and it's not something that brings the pleasure of listening.
