I genuinely think KAAN just doesn’t miss. This album isn’t anything really standout or anything but nonetheless a good addition to his discography. This man DOESNT MISS.
Someone needs to tell K.A.A.N. the principle of quality over quality because the man has release 9 albums in less than 3 years and I am just here like if he just focused on one project for a year it could be great, but Twenty Nine is not a bad record it is actually quite good but I just feel like K.A.A.N. is being quite wasteful with his talent and he needs to focus on one coherent and cleverly crafted record.

Lyrically this album is very good. Kaan never seems to disappoint but just never gets the exposure he deserves
This would have been a more celebrated album if it was released in 2011. Kaan spends the first half of this record ripping off Kendrick's flow with a touch of E-40 to top it off. The production marries East & West coast ideas and it's not that bad most of the time. My issue is how serious this record takes itself. There a lot of red flags here lyrically: "im here to save the rap game, the government is mean, im here to spit real shit" etc...

So so boring and pretentious, it feels like he has made zero improvements since his first projects. For someone who compares themselves to Biggie, Eminem, and Big Pun I hear no innovation or distinctness that would bring me back to a K.A.A.N project. Can’t say I would recommend unless your a big lyrical, spiracle, miracle kinda guy.
