Music that sounds like its actually having fun, accompanied by one of the greatest singers of all time? I think we can all get behind this! Of course, this does run into the problem of all sounding rather the same after a while, an issue that plagues Christmas albums in general but is especially noticeable in this behemoth. Ella Fitzgerald is just very very cool isn't she? She translates that jazzy cool to a Christmas record here which is no mean feat.
