I was impressed. I thought this album would be more aggressive and lyrical but the opposite. There are lyrical moments here and there, but the album is layed back and is very soothing to me. Statik Selektah proves that hes one of the best producers out right now with chill boom bap beats.

I'm a huge Pro Era fan. Their 2012 mixtape is one of my favorite hip hop projects ever made. So naturally, I was intrigued when I found out CJ Fly was dropping an album this year. The singles leading up to this project were fantastic, with great features from Joey and Conway. This album has great jazzy production from Statik Selektah and some of CJ's most mature bars yet. Don't sleep on the posse cut by the way.
