Screaming For Vengeance is yet another Judas Priest classic, and yet another one of their albums that is always up for debate about being one of the greatest metal albums of all time. Honestly, out of the other classics of theirs that I've heard, this is the first one that I can genuinely see having a case for being a top ten album in the genre.

Screaming For Vengeance was my first impression of Judas Priest, and while I was expecting something a lot heavier, I was still left quite satisfied with the incredible guitar work and dynamic songwriting. This really is a metal classic.

Screaming for Vengeance sees Priest deliver possibly the best album of their career, striking a perfect balance between heavy metal riffs and solos and catchy and infectious hooks and song structures. For me, this album represents everything Priest are about, and it also has an unrelenting energy flowing throughout it which we first saw coming into the bands sound on their previous album "Point of Entry".
