While there's a lot of promise in the best tracks on this record, there's too much music that drags on without providing valid reasons to engage the listener, to convince them it's worth continuing through. its so great to hear young sean price still tear up the mic. this album is menacing when it needs to be menacing, light headed and chill when it needs to be light headed and chill, but nomatter the mood, heltah skeltah are delivering some all time performances. even the production is really nice for 96, especially on tracks like undastand and the track named after sean p, really an underrated project.
