Basically everyone on AOTY knows that I love Florence + The Machine, so I'm gonna try and do long reviews for all there 4 albums. Esses dias fui rever algumas apresentações do Florence + The Machine e fiquei bastante emocionado com a energia que a vocalista, Florence Welch, entrega toda vez que sobe aos palcos. Por conta da sensação nostálgica que esse momento me passou, achei que seria interessante revisitar a discografia completa. The machine deserves their props, but what gives life to 'Lungs' is Florence's soaring vocals. Laced by a chamber pop like affair, this debut album starts strong and becomes slippery towards the second half. Still, really promising.
