San Fermin used to be one of the more compelling names in contemporary chamber indie pop, but the hype has largely faded over the past few years as their albums continue to betray diminishing returns. Though original member Allen Tate still appears on “The Cormorant,” I think San Fermin might be the victim of its revolving door policy.
