The Needle Drop
This collab by Moor Mother and Mental Jewelry has the sound of a noise rock classic, while also employing plenty of new ideas.

A raw and powerful record that is quite the experience but not really anything I'd return to.

Best Track: Boris Godunov
Worst Track: Eugenics

sharp and straight to the point, True Opera is extremely aggressive, loud, and has a heavy, “FUCK YOU!!!” Attitude. While I wish it was longer, I still had great time with this one. True Opera is easily one of the most raw records I’ve heard all year. By fusing elements of industrial rock, post-punk, and even no wave, Moor Jewelry makes a brief, but certainly memorable and impactful listen.
