This is what a 2nd album should be. Dizzy's overall sound has evolved while retaining everything that made their first batch of songs so great. I grew up in their hometown and can personally relate to a lot of the references, but there's something objectively relatable and comforting about their music. Even the more melancholy tracks have a brightness to them, elevated by Katie's vocal style and lyrics.
