2Pac's best album and it isn't close. There is no fat. There is not filler. He was focused on this album in a way he wasn't on most of his more well-known projects. Makavelli gave us the whole project, front-to-back, that 2Pac never did.
Very good effort by 2pac, though not quite on the level of AEOM. His double vocals sometimes get on my nerves. the beats are great.
