The only perfect record they made- the EP totally blew me away, and then the LP featured more of Vile's guitar work and became the classic that, for me anyway, they never quite lived up to.
I think Adam Granduciel is the perfect lead of the band with great vocals. The ambience of this album is enhanced by his voice. The creative capacity reaches it's peak in this album. It has the heart of heartland rock in it. Anyone with a love for the 80s music will find him/herself in the right place. As for the others, it is the kind of music they were searching for.
