Big Ghost brings the life with his dense instrumentals & Conway with some of his best verses I have ever heard.

Conway keeps it as hard and dark as per usual but added in some personality in some cases. He talks about keeping it real to himself on 'Icon' and if he is going to keep being a 'Gangster' than he can't be around no 'Schoolboys'. Take that line as you will, but the Schoolboy Q feature on his previous project is looking a bit shady now.

If you take off the repetitive and unnecessary (yet admittedly rather humorous) Shark Guts and the Rich interlude, this may have been the greatest ep in the history of rap imo. Big Ghost LTD's production matches Grizelda's high quality standard but some of the punchier samples can be very grating. Conway's rapping isn't as solid compared to some of his other projects and his ego seems to get the better of him sometimes, like when he compared himself to 2Pac or dedicated half a verse to calling various grizelda projects classics.

This met my expectations surprisingly; being Conway is one of the illest living emcees and also, literally EVERY Big Ghost - produced album is phenomenal, and all with excellent emcees. This is that grimy, distorted shit that I can't see any real ones disliking; and if they do, you can probably bet them fools some lames not worth fucking with.
topping it off, pretty sure he sneak disses Schoolboy Q on "Icon", whom he featured on his other 2020 album LULU...
