Is the guy on the album cover falling or is he swimming?

Right on with that user score lol. This album is solid for sure. They came across my radar because of Possum Kingdom, and because they are from Fort Worth. I’ve always thought that Possum Kingdom is a really great song, that structurally is amazing, and has such a catchy chorus and progression. Also the verse switches from 3/4 and 4/4 which is fun. Rubbernecking is staring at something of interest.

The album title is perfect representation for the music within.

The album is very energetic with there being no sense of control throughout. With the beginning song being an entirely instrumental track starts of the album amazing. The riffs are mildly repetitive but hard hitting, the instrumentals are very interesting, with strange time signatures throughout the entire album.
