Beats Per Minute

As just a record, it can feel almost incomplete, like too much freedom is left to the listener to wade through the material.

Pitchfork

What the duo's made is a beguiling and true hybrid, halfway between pop album and soundtrack-minus-the-movie.

Consequence of Sound

For all of its glorious string flourishes, vivid visual allusions, and bursts of choral splendor, the best parts of Rome are truly left to the imagination.

I wish they would've left Jack White off this. I like Jack White, but his vocals really ruined the mood the instrumentals set. On the other hand I think Norah Jones killed it.

I didn't care until I saw Jack White on the album cover and immediately declared 7/10 as my baseline score. Luckily, it wasn't that much more impressive than a 7/10 but that's still a positive score very good job pal :)

Everything about this album is great. I really don't have anything else to say.

P.S. Love the norah Jones and Jack White features.
