This sound collage record is unnerving, somewhat nostalgic, and weirdly complacent. While I won’t be returning to this for a 3rd or 4th time, I won’t ever forget the anxious feelings that I felt when sitting through my 2 full listens.

GODDAMN IT! GOD GOD GOD DAMN IT!

I HATE WHEN ALBUMS ARE BAD BECAUSE THEY'RE BAD AND NOT BECAUSE THEY'RE BORING.

The first two tracks on here are awful. Genuinely garbage. Random electronic bleeps and bloops with a person screaming/moaning over them. Like they were getting head from R2D2 or something. And I was ready to call it quits. Awful and boring, that's what I was ready to label the whole thing as.

The first two songs on this album are incredibly jarring, but in an intriguing enough way. Overall this is an alluring set of soundscapes that come together in eclectic yet charmingly amateruish fashion. Not necessarily my cup of tea, but an enjoyable enough release nonetheless.
