We Are

It's a bit depressing to think this is the group who "shall" succeed Apink's supremacy in Play M Entertainment. Hopefully Weeekly won't be an one-year-wonder like PRISTIN, but its generic debut EP "We Are" doesn't give higher hopes of better days for common k-pop music.

Reality and Universe both feel comparatively underwhelming compared to Tag Me and Hello, which are both mega-bangers, but I struggle to find anything I straight up dislike about We Are. It's simple, it's cute, it's addictive, and honestly I'm a sucker for this kind of sweet sugary sound.
