A letter to Flex Entertainment.

Hello, my name is Pipe, or Ryan, choose whichever.

I'm writing to you today because I listened to your compilation record recently. I've heard through the grapevine that you want to reach out outside of your following on AOTY.org and become a more of a serious label that houses Rap and RnB music which starts its foundations on the internet. And as a concept, I am enamored with that idea. I agree that there should be more space within the internet to be more ... read more
UPDATE: Score went from 83 to 64

I've been listening to some of my 2020 album ratings recently. I listened to After Hours again and it has stuck the same score with me. This compilation though isn't as good as I initially thought. It isn't terrible but there are quite a few songs on here that knock the lower end of the scale, even for Flex Entertainment standards. The highs of the album are still significant though.

So y’all really expect me to be nice and enjoy this abysmal ass album because they are AOTY members?

Hahahaha hahahaha

Acts such as Submarine Man, Travis Scotch, BaDaby, and LVN Filo perform annoyingly on the worst tracks and lowest lows on this album. These examples are really really hard to take seriously (in a ‘funny’ sense). However, tracks from Yung Schmoobin, Lil Mosquito Disease, Kid Phang, J Coyn Drive, Lil Karat Stixx, and Lil Squeaky are some top tier funny epic gaming moments. Too bad the unfunny garbles outshine the real charms here :(

These guys improved on their first compilation album in almost every way with much more diversity and very few moments that left me bored. For the most part, it shows them taking a more serious route with their music, and it proves that they can make legitimately good songs.
