The first half is good enough to make Dangerously in Love one of the best mainstream urban R&B records released in 2003, and makes a strong case that Knowles might be better off fulfilling this destiny instead of reuniting with Destiny.
Most of Dangerously In Love is impossibly smooth and dreary, with Knowles earning the distinction of being the one vocalist who can suck the life out of a Sean Paul guest spot. That might not be a surprise for Destiny's Child fans, but for those of us who got a peek beyond that, we know the girl can do better.
Crazy In Love é muito bom né? ... read more

Beyoncé recently announced that she's releasing an album soon. I've only ever heard her hits, so I decided to listen to every album of hers in order of their release.
Unfortunately, I didn't care too much for this album, but it's understandable that this was a basic album. Debut albums are hardly ever artists' best albums. Also, I suppose 90s/early 2000s RnB isn't my favorite genre.
