On EP 'No Horizon', indie rock duo Wye Oak collaborate with the Brooklyn Youth Chorus to create a project that is one of the most enjoyably fascinating listens of 2020 so far. Singer Jenn Wasner's voice pairs well with the chorus to create a more-heavy take on dream pop, and it turns out that combination is something I did not know I needed. American indie rock duo Wye Oak come through with an EP comprising of songs recorded with the Brooklyn Youth Choir and the added voices give this short set of tracks a nice whimsical feel that feels right in line with the groups evolving writing style.
