I can see why this is getting some praise due to the fact that the current "bro-country" invasion of country music has almost killed the genre. This album is drenched in reverb and a nostalgic sound with simple lyrics and song structure. Just because its done in the style of old country does NOT, I repeat, NOT mean it is good.
