Uncut
Raw, wild, beautiful and sometimes painfully human, the results are enough to make the world a little easier to bear.

Mojo
Negrito transcends his influences to create a new kind of hip, gritty, thought-provoking urban musical currency.

The Arts Desk

Fantastic Negrito stands unashamedly shoulder to shoulder in the company of Marvin Gaye, Prince and Sly Stone. There’s also more than a splash of George Clinton’s mighty Parliament-Funkadelic mob about Have You Lost Your Mind Yet?, such is the breadth of quality on offer.

80
American Songwriter
He’s one of America’s most unique and unusual artists, exemplified by this original and compelling release.

musicOMH
Negrito creates a musical gallery in which each song is a well-crafted piece of folk art, bringing together fragments of genres to create something from the great unknown, something deeply provocative and enchanting.

Classic Rock
Unique and, indeed, endlessly fantastic, this album is the work of a man committed to his own vision, both for his music and for the troubled and broken world around him.

AllMusic

Have You Lost Your Mind Yet? crackles with energy, wit, and passion, attributes that are worthwhile effective compensation for Fantastic Negrito's relatively streamlined attack here.

Fantastic Negrito is his own genre. No one fuses different elements of hip-hop, R&B, funk, soul, and rock the way he does. His timely socio-political lyrics just add to that signature style. Some of this record is a little out there for me but damn, the stuff that works REALLY works. It's a refreshing and passionate album and I recommend it.

this is a very good album for someone that is new to blues and folk music.

his voice was so smooth and you can vibe to this at anytime.

Fantastic Negrito delivers again, dumping the entirety of his soul into this album. I can’t find one song that sounds insincere, or plastic.
