Sometimes light and airy guitar based dream pop is all you need to brighten your day. And this album meets that quota oh so wonderfully.

Standout: All the same
Favs: Kinder Blumen, Out of tune, Younger than yesterday, Easy, Wonder Years, It’s Real
Least Fav: Three Blocks
A really plain and simple indie rock album. And I mean that in a good way. Some really solid songs here with some nice instrumentation and relatable lyrics.

Favourite tracks: Easy, Green Aisles, It's Real, Out Of Tune, Municipality, All The Same
Real Estate's Magnum Opus. A Phenomenal Album
Fav Tracks: It's Real, Green Aisles
