I can definitely hear how this influenced Nurture, the messy chorus that is very obviously pop but holds a unique flavor to it, along with dreamy atmospheres and catchy drums, it’s exactly my taste. I love music that takes on a dreamy atmosphere, and this EP does that very well.
After enjoying bits and pieces of Amber Bain A.K.A The Japanese House's debut LP "Good At Falling". I guess I was interested to listen to this lil' EP. Surprisingly enough, out of the material I've listened to from The Japanese House. These tracks are definitely some of the more impressive!

The stripped back instrumentals of ‘Chewing Cotton Wool’ beautifully compliment the elegant lead vocals, creating a serene, yet melodramatic atmosphere that encompasses the four tracks of the project.
