I first heard Duel on a racing game, and I was expecting this album to be a more "generic" rock one, but I didn't expect it to be a shoegaze project. Not only that, I didn't expect this type of shoegaze. Pretty good.

Pure distortion, complex structures, intensity, drone, experimentation... this is the best Swervedriver album, a complete masterpiece.

One of the best alternative rock guitar albums from any era. Distorted yet hypnotizing, and drowning in melodies. A top 10 all-time for me.
