I forgot to listen to this last year when it was released, but now that I fully listened to it, I can say that it was what I expected. Mors Principium Est was the first death metal band that I enjoyed (probably because it's not "pure" death metal), and I find their music to be really consistent. Seven adds some ethereal and minimalistic elements to their melodic sound, and that's pretty much it.
