Jeff Bridges delves into full weirdo stauts on a project whose inception was either an attempt to become The Dude, or when Bridges was really stoned. Ambient atmospheric music promotes a calm mood while Bridges odd and haunting voiceovers and singing add an unnerving spooky element. As far as sleep tapes, I wouldn't use the album for that unless you plan on having nightmares or unless coming down from an acid trip.
