Beats Per Minute

This is a generous, compulsively enjoyable statement, unburdened of commercial pressure in a way that’s all too rare in this numbers game.

The Legend Is NOT Back Running Atlanta! I chose to listen to this album because I really enjoyed the two singles that came out before it dropped. The project was filled with a lot of problems making it a really disappointing and inconsistent project that was filled with songs that couldn't grab my attention. The amount of features on this album lead to T.I. increasing the length of each track which lead to the entire album being a boring, long listen.

T.I. out here trying the absolute bare minimum.

This may not be the worst record of the year, but it surely is one of the most boring and bloated. Lemme start off this review by stating something: T.I. sucks here. He is at a terrible point in his career lyrically and is super boring. Alongside that, there are a lot of tracks where T.I. just seems like a generic throwaway trap rapper. This isn’t the T.I. I know. There are so many tracks here that T.I. himself ruins with his monotone and ... read more
We’re still paying attention to T.I. after that creepy hymen-checking he proudly stated he did to his daughter to see if she was still a virgin? Ighttttttt

Well I decided to check this out because of the insane amount of features which looked VERY promising. I mean, you got Benny the Butcher, Conway the Machine, Rapsody, Young Thug, Killer Mike, Snoop Dogg, 21 Savage and more on here. Those features alone intrigued me. But past those features, what we got is one of the most bloated, ... read more
Better than a lot of popular trap right now but really this is so forgettable. I guess he isn't necessarily bad but you can hear it in his voice he thinks he's better than he really is. Packed to the brim with well known and mainstream acts and it still couldn't keep this record afloat. There are like 15 people writing these songs and they still don't amount to anything.

Color: Gold
Favorite Tracks: None!
Worst Tracks: I don't know.
Whether you like T.I.'s sound or not, there's no denying he has at least one album on his name (Trap Muzik, 2003) that can be called a classic. He is one of the originators of the trap genre, and back then you still needed some actual skill and talent to get by (instead of the social media marketing savviness that determines fame and fortune these days).

The L.I.B.R.A. sports an impressive list of features: 21 Savage, Benny the Butcher, Conway the Machine, Jadakiss, John Legend, Killer Mike, ... read more
