The first live album from the Philadelphia band feels loose and sounds immaculate, cementing their status as one of the premier live bands of their generation.

AllMusic

Live Drugs isn't essential for casual listeners, but for fans (especially those who have been following as the band's sound grew more complex) it's another testament to their unassuming but powerful songwriting.

The album flows very nicely and you can tell some time was clearly put into choosing the sequence of the tracks. The band is excellent in their performances here, really creating a mood you can get lost in.

*Almost* on the same level as Otokotachi no Wakare, but not quite there

Simply put, this will go down with some of the best live albums. Absolutely incredible.
